This class combines yoga with the core strengthening benefits of Pilates. In this style, we warm-up and cool down the body just like a typical Vinyasa class but then we began to strengthen the body similar to Pilates exercises. Expect to work hard in this class as the focus is core/glutes stabilizing and strengthening!
