Let's meet in person! This yoga class will be held outdoors in the park. Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and bring a blanket and layers so you don't get cold during the sound bath. We will practice yoga led my Reika while Carlos will play beautiful live music during the class and savasana. If you like to contribute, you are welcome to bring a fall-inspired sweet treats to the event.

This is a free event to celebrate 4 year anniversary of Reika's online yoga studio being open! Donations are welcome as it will go towards paying Carlos for the sound bath.

You are welcome to invite your friends and family. It is kids, and pet-friendly :)
