What is Included in the Monthly Membership?

• 4-5 LIVE zoom classes per week. Classes include:
• All-level Vinyasa Yoga,
• Flow/Yin Yoga class,
• Yin & Restorative
• Fitness-oriented classes: Pilates-fusion, Strength Flow, & HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
• Meditation & Pranamaya Class
• Yoga Philosophy Discussion
• A monthly short tutorial video that breaks down one yoga pose at a time.
• Access to an On-Demand library that contains 100+ recordings and continues to grow over time with unlimited replays. **Only current members will have access to the recordings**
• 20-50% off on extra offerings by Reika (workshops, courses, series, etc.)
• Guest teachers each month
• 5% of the profit from the virtual studio will be donated every month to a non-profit organization that members will get to vote on.
• One FREE community yoga class per month called Yoga for Change. This class is free to members and non-members. The purpose of this class is to raise awareness and funds for the organization that we are donating to each month.
