
In this class, we will use myofascial release (self-massage) techniques to explore our muscles and connective tissue and find some relief in parts of our bodies that commonly hold tension. We'll also explore the effects of gentle physical pressure on our nervous system. I recommend having two tennis balls (or similar) of the same size as well as a blanket or towel—if you have a foam roller or any other recovery tool you like to use, bring it!Â
