**This workshop is geared toward yoga teachers. You must have attended the first workshop by Diana to attend this workshop.

This workshop will put theory into practice. You will be able to implement these tools and improve the lives of your students & clients with confidence.  We will spend time learning and practice teaching these techniques. We will go over:

•  how to assess and re-assess movement
• specific neuro-somatic techniques
• how to effectively cue people in and out of the techniques
• what to watch for as you guide people

The workshop will be recorded for those who cannot attend the workshop live.
