This 4-week fitness program is compiled from Reika's past fitness classes that she have taught. The program is designed to have two classes per week for 4 weeks. This program is to help you stay motivated during the Holiday season to keep moving your body, build muscles, and maintain healthy mental health.

Each class is 30-40 minutes long. Some class will use dumbbells and other equipment such as resistance bands, sliders, or chair. Don't worry if you don't have any equipment, Reika will offer alternatives in the videos.
