Get Fit with Reika

This 4-week fitness program is compiled from Reika's past fitness classes that she have taught. The program is designed to have two classes per week for 4 weeks. This program is to help you stay motivated during the Holiday season to keep moving your body, build muscles, and maintain healthy mental health.

Week 1

  • Pilates-fusion using resistance bands & sliders
  • Strength using chair as a prop

Week 2

  • Pilates Cardio
  • HIIT

Week 3

  • Strength focus on arms and core
  • Pilates-fusion

Week 4

  • Pilates-fusion focus on glutes
  • Strength full body

Bonus class: Yin (30min)

Each class is 30-40 minutes long. Some class will use dumbbells and other equipment such as resistance bands, sliders, or chair. Don't worry if you don't have any equipment, Reika will offer alternatives in the videos.
