Mobility and Myofascial Release for Hips w/Emily

In this 1 hour class, we're doing all things hips! We'll blend myofascial release (self-massage) techniques with mobility exercises as well as gentle stretches to explore our muscles and connective tissue in this large and important joint. I recommend having a block/block substitute and two tennis balls (or similar) of the same size as well as a blanket or towel.
