Pranayama: Ujjayi & box breathing

In this 25 minute pranayama & meditation class, first, we learn how to do ujjayi breathing, then we move on to practicing box breathing. Then we will learn how to do nadi shodana with box breathing. We end the class with a few minutes of silent meditation.

Props: anything you need for sitting comfortably.
