In this 60 minute class, we will farm up the outer hips and glutes using myofascial release balls (tennis balls works just great). After rolling for 10 minutes or so we will start with the yoga practice where we focus on opening the hips even more. We will start and end the class with 90/90 drills to see if we can notice any improvements in our hip mobility.
Props: Two Myofascial release balls or two tennis balls (or something similar)
