This pilates-fusion class is about 45 minutes long. We are using sliders today, but the modified version is offered for those who do not have sliders or are using carpeted floors. You can use socks, blankets, etc as a slider alternative. There are lots of core work, plank work, shoulder work from doing lots of plank work, and some legs! Get ready to work hard and sweat!
