This class is with music. Strengthen the whole body using dumbbells. We warm up the body without dumbbells to start the class. We added weights to work arms and legs together in lunges. Side forearm planks, forearm planks, goddess squats with strengthening the arms, we worked on glutes in supported warrior 3 sequences with Shiva's squats. Ended the class with core!
